Kejriwal's stay plea rejected by Delhi high court.

The delhi high court on wednesday rejected  his plea to stay the proceedings of criminal defamation case against him and other AAP leaders filed by Union fifnance minister Arun Jaitely.


The court said that nothing have been brought before this court to prove that continuation of criminal defamaation case procedings is abuse of process of law before Chief Metropolitan Magistrate & no any order is required by this court to secure the ends of justice.

The court also held that there is no illegality or unsustainability in the law in continuation of the criminal procedings before Chief Metropolitan Magistrate & it is empowered to continue with the same procedings.

Jaitely had filed a criminal defamation case alleged that Kejriwal and five AAP leaders had defamed him in the Delhi District Cricket Association controversy.

Mr. Kejriwal is famous for framing allegation on others leaders. He didn't think before framing allegation to thers.
