PM Modi tells Xi Jinping, we can't afford to have differences on terror.

Prime Minister Modi and Chinese President Xi Jinping on Saturday accepted the terrorism is a key issue for both the country, while holding talk on the sideline of the BRICS summit in Goa.

Mr. Modi said the meeting was 'fruitful' after discussing a range of issues with the Chinese President, including India's NSG bid and the issue of banning terrorist Masood Azhar.

China didn't gave assurance on supporting New Delhi's stand on a UN ban against Pakistan-based terrorist Masood Azhar.

PM Modi said we looking forward to work with china to have India's membership of NSG.

Chinese foreign ministry had reiterated on Friday that the our position has not changed regarding the India joining of the Nuclear Suppliers Group.
